The staff here were all really attentive and just great. 😊 I loved having a super clean, brand-new room with an awesome view.

Excellent location, very close to Reforma.

Breakfast was often chaotic, there were seldom tables available. Cutlery was not available, tables were not cleared. The restaurant was too small when the Hotel was busy. The staff did not give the appearance of being friendly, they appeared aloof and uninterested in helping. The walls between rooms were thin and you could hear the activities of other guests. You could also hear the guests in the rooms above and walking along the corridors above. I would recommend it but guests should be aware of the above comments.

Thank you for a fine stay. Ideal hotel & fairly clean, its location is particularly good and magnificent to major tourist attractions. The rooms here are brand-new and reasonably spacious with angel view. The staff are helpful and very attentive, managed the parking nearby.

1. there was no heat in my room abnd no one could fix it 2. Most of the equipmentin the exercise room does not work 3. poor water pressure 4. carpeting in my room was filthy dirty

It's also conveniently close to both the historical area and trendy neighborhoods like Polanco and Roma. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfasts are rather good with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel could improve its Wi-Fi connection.
